eSafeKids supports Early Childhood Education and Care services to embed Protective Behaviours & Body Safety education into everyday practice. Through training and resources, we help you create a shared approach to child safety that empowers educators, children and families.
Our carefully curated books and resources are engaging, age-appropriate and designed to support children’s learning and understanding from the early years. They empower educators and parents/carers to confidently start meaningful conversations about Protective Behaviours, Body Safety and other essential child safety topics, helping children build the knowledge and skills they need to stay safe.

eSafeKids Founder Kayelene Kerr recently contributed her expertise on multiple expert panels, including the Daniel Morcombe Foundation’s Safeguarding Early Learning panel and Child Australia’s Safer Together: Practical Strategies for Strengthening Child Safety discussion. Building on this work, eSafeKids is currently collaborating with Child Australia on the Empowering Early Childhood Education and Care in Regional WA Project, delivering Protective Behaviours and Body Safety professional learning to early childhood education and care services across regional Western Australia.
Teaching children Protective Behaviours and Body Safety in age and developmentally appropriate ways doesn't take away a child's innocence, it helps to protect it.
To prevent abuse, reduce violence and promote safety and wellbeing, protective behaviours education focuses on developing life skills of empowerment, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, problem solving, help seeking, persistence and assertiveness.
